Below is my hands-on review of Your SIx Pack Quest. If you wish to check out the official website now, Click Here.
So you found my site, I assume, because you are probably similar to how I was a few months ago. I have never been extremely overweight, but I never have been completely satisfied with my body.
I picked up Your Six Pack Quest actually on a recommendation from a friend. I told him that if I didn’t get results he was going to cover the cost of the program, and if it did work I’d owe him a dinner.
Now, I’ve never been super overweight, but I have never been ripped either. I would like to, but I thought baby steps would be better. What I wanted more than anything was six pack abs that made me want to go shirtless to show them off.
Some might feel this is a little superficial, but it’s not. You want to look healthy and fit. Nothing wrong with that. You want that stomach to be flat as can be and eliminate any annoying belly fat you might currently be carrying.

You see, it’s that belly fat that is holding so many of us back. When I decided that I was going to write a quick Your Six Pack Quest review for my website, I wanted to make sure I stressed that this is more than just building up your ab muscles.
In order to expose those ab muscles, you have to eliminate the belly fat that is hiding it all. You can have the strongest core in the world, but if you have fat, no one will ever know.
There are so many myths out there concerning ab muscles and how to get in shape. It was something that held me back until I found Your Six Pack Quest. Now, I’m not saying that this is the only program telling the truth, but it’s the first one I’ve found that gives actual results.
They keep it rather simple in Your Six Pack Quest. You do the workouts they provide you. Instead of eating junky foods that put fat right back on your stomach, you eat healthy (they provide a nutritional guide).
In fact, that is by far the most overlooked thing in so many other ab workouts. YOU HAVE TO EAT HEALTHY TO ACHIEVE RESULTS. I can’t stress that enough. Your Six Pack Quest gives you a diet to follow, and which foods to absolutely avoid at any cost.
If you’ve heard of Vince Delmonte in the past, you know he is one of the most respected men in the fitness world. When my friend told me he was the man behind Your Six Pack Quest, I wanted to take back my bet I made with him originally. That’s because I knew it would probably work.
In fact, it did for me. I followed the plan, and in 3-4 months I had results I never thought were possible. Not only did my stomach look great, but my entire body was more fit than it ever has been. This is coming from a guy who played three sports in high school as well!
Going back to my buddy who recommended Your Six Pack Quest to me. He quickly noticed I was in better shape, and let me know he wanted to hit up his favorite restaurant. I lost the bet, but I figured my situation was a win-win anyways. If you are feeling like nothing is helping you gain a decent six pack, try Your Six Pack Quest. Just don’t make any bets that it might not work with a friend.

We all know that fat in your stomach area is very troublesome. Not only does it look bad, but it seems nearly impossible to remove once it is there. The reason for that has to do with the foods you eat more than how you workout. In fact, some researchers say what you eat in 90% of the problem, while exercise is only 10%.
There are basic rules to being on a healthy diet that you should follow, but here are some of the worst foods that cause belly fat. Try to avoid these altogether, or at the least limit yourself to very few servings per week.
(Most) Fast Foods: Yes, fast food restaurants are trying to become healthier, but for the most part they should still be avoided if you are serious about staying clear of stomach fat. They are made with refined carbohydrates, which means that any nutritional value the grains might have had has been removed. They also tend to include a lot of sugar, corn syrup and saturated fats.
Soda: You may not know this, but soda is actually worse than candy when it comes to stomach fat. Filled with a ton of high fructose corn syrup, it is a drink that can go straight to your stomach and other areas if you are drinking multiple sodas a day.
Baked Goods: Even if they are billed as being good for you, most baked goods (including bread) are going to do more harm than good. If you are going to eat bread, go for whole-wheat and whole grains. Most baked goods are filled with saturated and trans fats that slow your metabolism.
As you can see, most of the main foods that cause belly fat are generally already considered unhealthy for you. It’s all about having discipline if you want to keep your stomach flat. Don’t let a few foods keep you in the rut that you are trying to get yourself out of.
